PAUL & JOE is a Parisian fashion house and Sophie Mechaly, Creative
director, named it after her beloved two sons. Mechaly’s collections are
inspired by her multidimensional days as a fashion designer, mother
and working woman, brightened up by her elegant touch and romantic
colorings. Her signature designs are loved not only in France, but all over
the world.
As a new approach for being a contemporary lifestyle brand, “PAUL & JOE
La Papeterie” was launched in 2016, the year of its 20th anniversary. Sophie
always loved the warmth of hand writing letters, and PAUL & JOE’s new
stationery line “PAUL & JOE La Papeterie” originated with her ideal image of
a “lovely and high-quality letter set".
For this season, we introduce two seasonal patterns from the PAUL & JOE
2020 Spring-Summer Collection. Our adorable “Scarf Motif” with tiny bright
red flowers is a feminine design inspired by the scarf motifs.
PAUL & JOE is always strong with its iconic cat motifs, and this season
“Gatti Sunglasses” is a new fashionable pattern with pop little cats wearing
sunglasses in soft pink ground color.
They are sprinkled with the essence of “Joie de vivre (the joy of life)” that
Sophie cherishes, which brings a little extra happiness to our daily lives.
